SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan — Vice Mayor Efren Bartolome Jr. of San Jose del Monte City has ordered the cleaning of various public schools in the city to maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of students returning to school.

After receiving requests from San Manuel Elementary School and Tungkong Mangga Elementary School, Vice Mayor Bartolome promptly issued a directive to conduct flushing operations in these schools, utilizing the Bartolome family’s firetruck for the task.

In addition to the cleaning efforts, the Vice Mayor also implemented anti-dengue misting operations at Kaypian National High School, Bagong Buhay B Elementary School, and CSJDM National Science High School on August 6. This initiative aims to eradicate mosquitoes that could potentially spread dengue fever.

Earlier, on August 3, similar flushing and anti-dengue misting operations were carried out at San Rafael Elementary School, San Jose Heights Elementary School, and the San Jose Heights Elementary School annex building. These efforts are part of the Vice Mayor’s commitment to ensuring that every part of the schools is safe and ready for the new academic year.
