Mika Salamanca debuts as author with children’s book “Lipad”

The other half of PBB Collab Edition Big Winner, Mika Salamanca, has officially become an author with the release of her children’s book “Lipad”, which she describes as “the story closest to my heart.”

According to Mika, she and her team started working on the book just two days after she left Bahay ni Kuya.

“Hindi naging madali, pero every step was filled with love, hope, and faith. And now, hawak-hawak ko na siya. Something that used to live only in my heart is finally real,” she shared.

Lipad tells a story about fears, challenges, and finding the courage to step out of comfort zones, face the unknown, and navigate life’s twists.

“This book is not only for kids, kahit anong season ka ng buhay mo ngayon, I know it will find its way to your heart and give you a little resolution,” Mika wrote on Instagram.

She ended her post with: “Sabay-sabay tayong lumipad, and may we never stop flying. 🧚✨”

Published by PaperKat Books, Lipad will be available at the PaperKat Books booth during the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) from September 10 to 14.
