MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Motorists can expect relief at the pumps tomorrow after President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. announced an upcoming rollback in fuel prices.
In addition to the price cut, the President said the validity of driver’s licenses will be extended by three months, while the government’s service contracting program for public transport will continue.
Prices for diesel will have a roll back for 24.94 pesos per liter, 3.41 for gasoline, and 2.00 pesos for kerosene.
The measures are part of the administration’s efforts to ease the financial burden on drivers and commuters amid rising fuel costs.
