Former beauty queen Sara Jane Paez-Santiago, who represented the Philippines in the Miss Universe 1989 pageant, has died at the age of 58. Her passing was confirmed on Thursday, January 15, by close friends, including fashion designer Renee Salud and actress Marina Benipayo.
