Pambato ng Laguna nanalong Miss Philippines Earth 2023

Kinoronahan si Yllana Marie Aduana bilang bagong Miss Philippines Earth sa kompetisyong ginawa sa Toledo City, Cebu noong April 29. Sa simula pa lang, itinuturing na crowd favorite si Yllana Marie o mas kilala sa tawag na Yana, noong iprinisinta sa media ang lahat ng kandidata. Kaya hindi na nakakapagtaka na ang 24 anyos na model at aktres ang hinirang na bagong reyna ng Miss Philippines Earth. May height na 5’7 at vital statistics na 33-23-36 si Yana. Nagmula siya sa Siniloan, Laguna at nakatapos ng kursong Medical Technology sa Centro Escolar University (CEU) noong 2018.

Sa question and answer portion ng pageant, ito ang naging tanong kay Yana:

“What do you think people in the future would say about your generation?”

Narito naman ang kanyang naging tugon:

“I would definitely say that our generation, although misconstrued as very ardent, I would have to say that we use our voices for a reason and that is to always speak up for the things that we know are right and for the things that we know we deserve.”

Kasalukuyang isinusulong ni Miss Philippines Earth 2023, ang “Edukasyon for Every Juan”, isang non-profit organization na may layuning makatulong sa paglaban sa climate change at magbigay ng aral tungkol sa climate reality.

Noong 2021, nakarating sa Top 10 si Yana nang siya ay sumali sa parehong kompetisyon. Rumampa rin siya hanggang sa semi-finals ng Binibining Pilipinas noong taong 2022.

Si Yana ang magiging kinatawan ng Pilipinas sa Miss Earth 2023 beauty pageant na gaganapin sa Vietnam bago matapos ang taon.
