Alamin kung ano ang laman ng bag ni PNoy (EXCLUSIVE)

Kamakailan, nagpost sa Facebook ang dating presidential aide ni Pangulong Noynoy Aquino na si Immanuel Cedrik Forbes tungkol sa kanyang dating trabaho.

Sa nasabing post, gamit ang kanyang account na CF Orbes, ipinakita niya ang isang larawan na may dala siyang malaking bag. Ito raw ang bag na ginagamit ng namayapang pangulo.

Ano nga ba ang laman ng bag ni PNoy?

Sa kanyang post noong June 25, ibinahagi ni Forbes na ang laman ng bag ay supporting materials o mga bagay na kailangan ng presidente.

Hindi raw nagpupunta si PNoy sa anumang pagpupulong ng hindi handa.

Isinasaalang-alang daw ni PNoy ang ilang bagay bago magdesisyon– sinisigurado niya na pinag-aralan itong mabuti, naaayon sa batas at konstitusyon, mapakikinabangan dapat ng mga tao at kung makukuha ba ito sa mas maliit na halaga.

Kilala raw ang pangulo sa pagiging mabusisi hanggang sa kahuli-hulihang detalye.

Ayon kay Forbes, gusto niyang ibahagi kung ano ang mga bagay na gustong dalhin ni PNoy sa mga pagtitipon. Pamilyar daw ang mga staff at opisyal ng administrasyong Aquino sa kulay itim na duffel bag. Pwede raw itong isukbit sa braso at pwede ring pagulungin.

Narito ang laman ng bag ayon kay Forbes:

  1. Kopya ng konstitusyon- palagi raw kinokonsulta ng pangulo kung ano ang nakasulat sa batas o konstitusyon.
  2. Mga mapa – mapa ng Luzon, Visayas, at Mindanao; mapa ng mundo; mapa ng West Philippine Sea, at mapa ng bansang may nagaganap na kaguluhan para matulungan siya sa kanyang magiging tugon.
  3. Mga gamit sa briefing – naglalaman ito ng mga facts at figures na kailangan niya sa mga meeting at event.
  4. Mga larawan, graphs, charts o mga artikulo – ginagamit daw ang ito ng pangulo sa kanyang presentation para maipaliwanag ng mabuti ang kanyang mga desisyon at posisyon sa mga isyu.
  5. Malaking calculator – Lagi rin daw itong dala ni PNoy para makuwenta ang mga halagang natatalakay sa mga briefing, at para malaman kung magkano ang nakalaang pndo sa national budget.
  6. Candy na Lifesavers, cherry flavor – kapag kailangan ng pangulo ng matamis.
  7. Bote ng tubig – iniinom daw ito ni PNoy tuwing bago siya magtalumpati para hindi matuyo ang kanyang lalamunan.
  8. Iba pang kagamitan- isa sa mga naalala ni Forbes ay ang pagdadala ng pangulo ng “coco water” para maipakita ang produkto ng bansa.

Sa isang eksklusibong panayam sa Arkipelago News, idinetalye ni Forbes sa salitang Ingles ang kanyang karanasan sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni PNoy.

Ayon sa kanyang pahayag, una siyang nagtrabaho kay PNoy sa taong 2008 noong senador pa ang pangulo. Kasama raw niya doon ang isa pang aide na si Raf Ignacio at si Attorney Jun Delantar. Kasama sila sa paghahanda ng mga materyales para sa briefing na ibinibigay ng dating pangulo.

Ibinida rin ni Forbes na madalang para sa mga nasa dalawampung taong gulang katulad niya ang ganitong oportunidad na magpaglingkuran ang bansa.

Nang matanong tungkol sa kanyang naging karanasan, sinabi niya na madalang makita kung paano magtrabaho, mag-isip at gumalaw ang isang lider ng bansa.

Kaya nagpapasalamat daw siya na nagkaroon siya ng pagkakataon na mapaglingkuran ang bansa sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni PNoy.

“My overall experience as both a policy staff and as one of the close-in staff? It was a fulfilling point in my life to contribute to the P.’s service to the Filipino people,” sabi ni Forbes.

Nang matanong naman tungkol sa dami ng kanyang dala, sinabi ni Forbes na kasama ito sa kanyang trabaho. Naiintindihan daw niya ang kahalagahan ng bawat bagay na kanilang dala-dala dahil isang paraan daw ito para mas tumaas ang kalidad ng serbisyo sa taong bayan.

“It [the bag] is not only reasonable, it is part of his [the president’s] promise to serve his Bosses to the best of his abilities,” aniya.

Isa lang si Forbes sa mga dating nakatrabaho ni PNoy na inalala ang namayapang presidente. Marami sa kanila ang nagbigay rin ng tribute at nagkuwento ng kani-kanilang karanasan sa hinahangaang pangulo.

Nailibing na si PNoy noong June 26 sa Manila Memorial Park sa tabi ng kanyang mga magulang na sina Senador Ninoy Aquino at Pangulong Cory Aquino.
