CALOOCAN CITY – Authorities have arrested two of the city’s most wanted fugitives in separate police operations. Both suspects were wanted for rape cases, officials confirmed.

7th Most Wanted Captured on 3rd Avenue

A 54-year-old suspect, identified as the 7th most wanted person in Caloocan City, was apprehended in the early hours of March 3, 2025, following a joint manhunt operation led by the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS).

At 2:50 AM, officers from the Warrant and Subpoena Section, alongside personnel from East Grace Park Police Substation 2, arrested the suspect on 3rd Avenue, Barangay 120. The arrest was made under a warrant issued by Judge Primo Elvin Lobina Siosana of Regional Trial Court Branch 128, Caloocan City, under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code.

Authorities confirmed that no bail was recommended for the accused.

As part of standard procedure, the suspect was taken to Caloocan City Medical Center for a medical and physical examination before being placed under temporary detention at the Investigation and Detective Management Section – Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) office for processing.

Most Wanted Fugitive Captured in Camarin

In a separate operation, police also arrested 34-year-old “Jhune,” another most wanted fugitive, on March 2, 2025.

The operation was carried out by Camarin Police Sub-Station 10, led by PCPT Romel L. Caburog.

At 1:40 PM, officers served an alias warrant of arrest on Champaca Street, Maligaya, Barangay 177, Camarin, Caloocan City. The warrant, issued under Criminal Case No. C-125590 by Judge Ma. Teresa De Guzman Alvarez of Regional Trial Court Branch 131, Caloocan City, also carried a no-bail recommendation.

Both suspects are now in police custody, and authorities are preparing the necessary documents for the return of the warrant to the issuing court. Further legal proceedings are expected.
