Bulacan implements online classes again until Saturday

CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando has issued yesterday (April 10) Memorandum DRF – 04102024 – 161 that implements online classes today until Saturday (April 11-13) in all levels for all public and private schools in the province.
The memorandum was issued to protect the learners from the adverse effects of rising temperatures, expected to reach 39-41 degrees Celsius, categorized as extreme heat conditions. This decision was made upon the recommendation of the Bulacan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Council, chaired by the governor.
The governor is also requesting all municipal and city mayors through its city/municipal disaster risk reduction and management officers to continue monitoring their areas of concern and submit immediately their situation reports to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office of Bulacan.
