CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The body of an eight-year-old boy was found by an “estero ranger” floating in Marilao River in Bulacan Tuesday morning.

At around 8:00 am on Tuesday, Edwin Valencia, an estero ranger of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, discovered the boy’s body floating in the portion of Marilao River in Punong Tulay, Barangay Saog, Marilao, Bulacan.
The remains of the victim were turned over to his family and to Sub-Station, Phase 7, Caloocan City Police Station for proper disposition and documentation.
