Motorists can now enjoy faster and more seamless access to Ninoy Aquino International Airport following the opening of the 320-meter westbound off-ramp of the NAIA Expressway.
The new off-ramp provides direct access to Terminal 3 and connects key expressways such as Skyway and CAVITEX, helping ensure a smoother and more continuous traffic flow.
According to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., the project allows commuters to bypass congestion-prone routes like Andrews Avenue and nearby rotundas, reducing travel time by up to 30 minutes, especially during peak hours.
The initiative forms part of the governmentâs broader infrastructure push and preparations for Holy Week, one of the busiest travel periods in the country.
Additional measures include the opening of connector roads linking CAVITEX to C5 for uninterrupted travel, as well as plans to extend expressways toward Cabanatuan to improve access to Central Luzon.
