1,500 Bulakeños benefitted from NHA’s Serbisyong Dala ay Pag-asa caravan

PANDI, Bulacan — Around 1,500 Bulakenyo benefitted from the National Housing Authority (NHA) and its partner agencies during the People’s Caravan’s “Serbisyong Dala ay Pag-Asa” today at the Multi-Purpose Covered Court, Pandi Village 1, Barangay Siling Bata 8.
NHA led the awarding of Transfer Certificate of Title to fully paid awardees while the Provincial Government of Bulacan offered different assistances that include free medical and dental services through the Damayan sa Barangay Movement; resume making consultation and job application tips by the Provincial Youth, Sports, and Public Employment Service Office; and distribution of 500 seedlings from the Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Office.
Other government services offered during the caravan include medical services by the Philippine Red Cross, Philippine National Police, and Bulacan Provincial Medical and Dental Team; orientation of programs and services by the Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Trade and Industry, Commission on Population and Development and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority; hands-on training by the Department of Information and Communications Technology; Local Recruitment Activity by the Public Employment Service Office; consultancy by the Public Attorney’s Office; KADIWA Pop-up Store by the Department of Agriculture; membership registration by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Social Security System, and PhilHealth; and provision of medicines by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
Vice Gov. Alexis Castro thanked the NHA for bringing their program to the Bulakeños especially those from the relocation areas.
“Hindi na nila kailangang bumiyahe pa. Kumpleto lahat dito. Napakalaking tulong po nito dahil kadalasan po talaga, ang problema nila ay pamasahe at nagta-trabaho para lakarin ang mga concern nila sa kanilang mga bahay,” the vice governor said.
