Almost 400K worth of shabu seized from 2 drug suspects in Nueva Ecija

NUEVA ECIJA POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE– Two drug suspects with almost P400,000 worth of suspected shabu were arrested in Nueva Ecija on Thursday morning.

Col. Richard Caballero, Nueva Ecija, provincial police director, said the duo were entrapped by law enforcers in a drug sting in San Josef Sur Cabanatuan City.

Police recovered from the two, names temporarily withheld, were approximately 55 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P374, 000.

The suspects were placed under the custody of the Cabanatuan City Police Office and are facing charges for violations of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
