Bulacan implements 3-day online classes in private and public schools

CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando has issued on Wednesday Memorandum DRF – 04032024 – 148 that implements online classes in all levels from April 4 to 6 (Thursday to Saturday) this year for all private and public schools in the province.
The memorandum was issued to protect the learners from the adverse effect of the rising temperatures that is expected to hit 39-41 degrees Celsius and also based on the recommendation of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Council of Bulacan that is headed by the governor.
After the said dates, the governor said he will issue another directive on what learning modality to be implemented.
The governor is also requesting all municipal and city mayors through its city/municipal disaster risk reduction and management officers to continue monitoring their areas of concerns and submit immediately their situation reports to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office of Bulacan.
