Bulacan Police prepares SAR team from potential impact of “Aghon”

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office has conducted on Sunday inspections of its search and rescue (SAR) equipment and assessed the readiness of its rescue team from the potential impact of Tropical Storm Aghon.
Col. Relly Arnedo, Bulacan police director, sees to it that its rescue personnel are fully prepared and capable of responding effectively to any emergencies arising from any emergencies that Aghon can cause in the province.
Arnedo meticulously reviewed the condition and functionality of various search and rescue tools and equipment that include rescue boats, life vests, ropes, medical supplies, and communication devices.
He also evaluated the training and preparedness levels of the SAR Team members, ensuring that they are well versed in emergency response protocols and rescue operations.
