CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The hierarchy of the Central Luzon Police would not tolerate the corrupt practices of police personnel engaged in “Lubog or 15/30” practices.
Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Central Luzon regional police director, explained in a statement that, under these corrupt practices, police officers pay their superiors to avoid reporting for duty and to engage in unauthorized moonlighting ventures.

“These actions undermine the integrity and effectiveness of our law enforcement efforts. Those who will be found involved in such practices will be put under investigation, and appropriate administrative charges will be prepared against these erring personnel if evidence warrants,” Hidalgo pointed out.
The Central Luzon top cop is strongly encouraging “all personnel to report directly to the regional director any activities related to the ‘Lubog’ or 15/30 cops’ or any other unauthorized moonlighting activities that compromise the duty system of the PNP.”
He added that their “cooperation is essential in maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of our police force.”
