DAR distributes CLOAs, e-titles, condonation certificates to Bulacan, Bataan, Aurora ARBs
Mon Lazaro November 25, 2024 at 02:50 PMSAN RAFAEL, Bulacan — The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) distributed on Sunday (November 24) Certificates of Land Ownership Awards (CLOAs), electronic titles (e-titles), and Certificates of Condonation and Release of Mortgage (CoCRoMs) to farmer beneficiaries from Bulacan, Bataan, and Aurora provinces at the Victory Coliseum, San Rafael Government Center, in this town.
The distribution of the certificates was led by Sen. Imee Marcos, assisted by acting Central Luzon DAR director Odgie Cayabyab, together with San Rafael Mayor Cholo Violago.
According to DAR records, a total of 57 CLOA titles covering 39.9359 hectares were distributed to 49 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) from the provinces of Bulacan and Bataan.
Meanwhile, e-titles under the agency’s Project SPLIT, covering a cumulative area of 44.6313 hectares, were distributed to 100 ARBs from Bulacan and Bataan.
Additionally, 1,792 CoCRoM certificates, covering 1,594.4206 hectares and amounting to P57,798,596.47, were awarded to 1,334 ARBs from Bulacan, Bataan, and Aurora.
