Illegal firecrackers confiscated in Bocaue

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Prohibited firecrackers were confiscated from an illegal manufacturer in Bocaue town on Sunday.
Reports reaching Col. Relly Arnedo, Bulacan police director, said the arrested illegal firecrackers manufacturer was a 38-year-old man and a resident of Sitio Bihonan, Barangay Biñang 1st in the said town was apprehended for manufacturing the oversized killer firecrackers at around 4:00 pm on Sunday.
Police confiscated two pieces of Judas Belt, fourpacks of Kabase, four packs of Plapla, 10 pieces of Kingkong and other paraphernalia for making firecrackers.
The suspect is now facing charges for violation of R.A. 7183 otherwise known as the Firecracker Law.
