Man shot dead in San Rafael town

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — A man was shot dead in San Rafael town early Tuesday morning.
Reports reaching Col. Relly Arnedo, Bulacan police director, said that Barangay Captain Ronald Talusan of Talacsan, San Rafael town reported to local police that a dead man was found slumped along Potrero Street in their village around 3:40 am.
Initial police investigation showed that the unidentified victim has a visible gunshot wound and was wearing a black Tshirt, black shorts, more or less 5’4 in height with a fair complexion.
Bulacan Police Forensic Unit was requested to process the crime scene.
