PDEA nabs female drug den operator, 2 others in Bulacan

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga– A female drug den operator and two others were arrested in a drug sting on Saturday night in Bulacan.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Central Luzon office, identified the drug den maintainer as Evelyn Navarrete and her cohorts as John Lesley Dumayas and Rommel Quinto.

The drug sting was through the combined efforts of PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office, PDEA RO III RSET, Bulacan PPO- PIU/PDEU and the local police.

The report said that the anti-drugs operation was conducted around 10:02 p.m., in Barangay Minuyan Proper, City of San Jose del Monte.

Authorities recovered four plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing approximately 15 grams worth P102,000, assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money.

The suspects are facing charges for violations of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
