Police nabs 2 in restobar in Bulacan for Comelec gun ban

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Two drinking buddies were arrested when they disregarded the election gun ban by carrying deadly weapons inside a restobar in Baliwag City on Wednesday (October 25).

Reports reaching Col. Relly Arnedo, Bulacan police director, said a concerned citizen reported to the local police that one of the suspects showed off his gun while having a drinking session inside Pauline’s Place Restobar in Barangay Tangos in the said city.

Responding police operatives recovered from the two suspects a Glock 21 Gen 4 .45 pistol with serial number AFU041, a magazine with six .45 live bullets and a butterfly knife.
