SM to open its third mall in Caloocan on May 17

CALOOCAN – The new SM City Caloocan is scheduled to open on May 17, as announced by SM Prime Holdings. It will be the company’s third mall in Caloocan City.

The newest SM branch is located on Deparo Road, Barangay 171, Bagumbong, just opposite the Caloocan Sports Complex. Boasting over 94,000 square meters of expansive space spread across three levels, it offers a vibrant mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as announced by SM Prime.

The local government of Caloocan warmly welcomed the news of the mall’s opening. Mayor Dale “Along” Malapitan expressed in a statement that the new mall will generate employment opportunities for the residents of Caloocan, thereby contributing to the city’s economic growth and development.

“Hatid din nito’y libo-libong oportunidad para sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho. Sa pagtitiwala ng mga malalaking negosyante sa Caloocan, tuloy-tuloy po ang pag-unlad at progreso sa lungsod,” he said.
