Darna namataan sa San Ildefonso, Bulacan

Hindi lang isa kundi maraming Darna ang nakita sa bayan ng San Ildefonso, Bulacan. Pero hindi sila lumilipad katulad ni Darna na superhero. Namimigay sila ng food packs sa mga residente ng kanilang bayan.

Sa kanyang Facebook post, ibinahagi ni Mayor Carla Galvez Tan ang ginawa nilang kakaiba at nakakaaliw na paraan ng pamimigay ng relief goods sa mga residente ng San Ildefonso. Kasama niya sa pamamahagi ang mga naka-costume ng Darna.

Mula sa grupong grupong SIGLA o San Ildefonso Gay and Lesbian Association ang mga naglibot na nakasuot ng Darna. Ayon kay Mayor Carla, sila raw mismo ang gumawa ng kanilang costume.

Sa kanyang post, sinabi ni Mayor Carla na, “lahat ng sizes ni DARNA lumipad sa San Ildefonso Bulacan.”

Noong March 30 lamang gumaling si Mayor Carla mula sa COVID-19. Matapos bumuti ang kanyang kalagayan, agad din siyang nagbalik trabaho. Naisip daw niyang gawin ang ganitong paraan ng pamimigay para mabigyan ng kahit kaunting kasiyahan ang kanyang mga kababayan.

Si Mayor Carla ang tinaguriang Darna ng San Ildefonso. Ang karakter na Darna ay isa sa original Pinoy Superhero na nilikha ng manunulat na si Mars Ravelo. Una siyang lumabas sa Pilipino Komiks noong 1950. Nagtataglay si Darna ng matinding lakas, kabaitan at pagmamahal sa kapwa.

Ayon pa sa post ng alkalde, “Ang malungkot na ang buhay isip tayo (ng) paraan para gumaan ang dalahin. Naisip ni Mayor Carla na bigyan kasiyahan ang kanyang mga kababayan… maliit na paraan pero daming natuwang bata.”

Dagdag pa ni Mayor Carla, bukod sa pagsama sa distribusyon, tumulong din daw ang mga SIGLA volunteer maging sa pagbabalot ng relief goods.

“Sa gabi sila ang taga-repack ng foodpacks at kanina hapon masaya silang umikot upang ipamigay eto kasabay na bigyan kasiyahan ang ating mga kababayan na naiinip dahil sa quarantine.. Kabog ang mga ves ko!”

Naglalaman ang mga food pack ng bigas, bangus, gulay at iba pa.

Natuwa naman ang mga residente nang makita nila ang maraming Darna na naglalakad at naghahatid ng pagkain sa kanilang mga bahay. Nagpasalamat din sila sa tulong na inihatid ng kanilang Mayor.

Makikita sa comment section ng naturang post ang tuwa at paghanga ng mga netizen mula sa San Ildefonso. Bumilib sila sa pagiging malikhain at nakakatuwang paraan sa pamimigay ng tulong.

Laking pasasalamat din ni Mayor Carla sa grupong SIGLA na tumulong sa kanyang proyekto.

“Thank you so much mga Darna ko for all the help! Thank you sa paggawa ng costumes nyo din. Thank you SIGLA (San Ildefonso Gay and Lesbian Association) and sa kanilang president Madam Sidney Barredo II for all the help and support from day 1 hanggang ngayon.”
