CALOOCAN CITY — The University of Caloocan City has expanded with the establishment of a new College of Engineering.

Caloocan Mayor Along Malapitan presided over the blessing and inauguration of the new facility in Barangay 176 Bagong Silang.

The University now offers four new engineering courses for free: BS Electronics Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, and BS Industrial Engineering.

“Mga Batang Kankaloo, ito na po ang katuparan ng sinabi ko noong kampanya na sa panahon ko, ang pangarap ninyong magkaroon ng inhinyerong anak, abot kamay na ng mga taga-Caloocan,” the Mayor said.

Mayor Malapitan also thanked Mr. Lucio Co and Puregold President Ferdinand Vincent Co for supporting the foundation of the UCC-College of Engineering.
