Several Central Luzon LGUs adopt ADMs school classes

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The local government units of the City of San Fernando in Pampanga has suspended face to face classes until Friday while Angeles City has suspended face to face school classes today (Thursday) due to the extreme heat index.
This was confirmed to ARKIPELAGO NEWS by Michelle Lacson, information officer of the Department of Education in Central Luzon.
Lacson also said that several local government units (LGUs) in the region have suspended face to face school classes yesterday (Wednesday) and instead recommended Alternative Delivery Modality (ADMs) of learning.
She said the LGUs that totally suspended their face to face school classes and opted schools to shift to ADMs include Angeles City, City of San Fernando, Mabalacat City and the municipalities of Mexico, Bacolor, Sta.Ana, Floridablanca, Arayat, Masantol, Macabebe, Sasmuan Candaba, Sto. Tomas in Pampanga.
On the other hand several LGUs in Bataan opted to have face to face classes in the morning and ADMs in the afternoon.
These include Mariveles, Hermosa, Orani, Samal, Pilar and Dinalupihan.
