340k na halaga ng shabu nasamsam at iba pang balita sa Caloocan

Balita sa Caloocan:

– P340,000 na halaga ng shabu nasamsam sa lungsod.

– Mega Job Fair idaraos muli sa Caloocan sa Nobyembre; mga mag-a-apply sa trabaho pinapayuhang mag-online registration ng maaga.

– City DRRMO dinagdagan ng motorcycle response units para sa mas epektibong pagtugon sa mga emergency.

Umabot sa P340,000 ang halaga ng hinihinalang shabu na nasamsam sa buy-bust operation na isinagawa ng Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) katuwang ang Northern Police District (NPD) at ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

Ang operasyon ay pinangunahan ni CCPS Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) Acting Chief, Police Captain Emmanuel Aldana.

Kinilala nina NPD District Director PBGen. Rizalito Gapas at CCPS Chief PCol. Ruben Lacuesta ang suspek na si Alias Ian, 19 anyos na residente ng Barangay 148, Caloocan City.

Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang mga sumusunod:

  1. Isang medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng white crystalline substance na hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na tinatayang 5 gramo at may kaukulang Standard Drug Price na Php 34,000;
  2. Isang transparent plastic bag na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na tinatayang 45 gramo at may kaukulang Standard Drug Price na Php 306,000.00;
  3. Perang ginamit sa buy-bust.

Ang suspek ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act (RA) 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Sa iba pang balita sa lungsod, muling maglulunsad ng Mega Job Fair ang Public Employment Service Office (PESO) – Caloocan Citysa Nobyembre 10 na gaganapin sa Bulwagang Katipunan 3rd Flr., Caloocan City Hall – South.

Ayon sa naturang tanggapan, ang mga interesadong mag-apply sa trabaho ay dapat maagang mag-online pre-registration sa internet link na tinyurl.com/PESOCalJobFairSouth.

Ipinapayo rin ng PESO ang mga sumusunod:

Matatandaang sa nakaraang mega job fair ng PESO Caloocan na idinaos noong Oktubre 5 ay

342 job seekers ang na-“hired on the spot” ng iba-ibang kumpanyang naging partners ng lokal na pamahalaan sa pagbibigay ng oportunidad pang-hanapbuhay sa mga residente ng lungsod.

Samantala, dinagdagan ng Caloocan LGU ng 17 motorcyle response units ang City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) upang maging mas mabilis, maagap at epektibo ang pag-responde sa mga sakuna o biglaang pangangailangan.

Bawat motorsiklo ay mayroong first-aid kit.

Tinitiyak din na may sapat na kaalaman at kapasidad ang mga responders ng City DRRMO.
