Babaeng nanakit ng MTPB officer, nakilala na

Suntok, kalmot at sabunot ang inabot ng Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) officer na si Marcos Anzures Jr. mula sa isang babaeng lumabag umano sa batas trapiko.

Ayon sa ulat ng Manila Police District nag-beating the red light daw ang babaena kinilalang si Pauline Mae Altamirano,dahilan para sitahin siya ni Anzures.

Pero imbis na tumigil, umarangkada pa rin daw ang sinasakyang Toyota Fortuner ni Altamirano sa kahabaan ng Osmeña Highway.

Kaya hinabol daw ng MTPB officer ang kanyang sasakyan. Nang mapahinto ang nagmamaneho agad daw siyang hiningan ng lisensya at ng iba pang dokumento pero wala raw maibigay ang babae.

Sa video na in-upload ng Manila Public Information Office kaugnay ng insidente, makikitang sinasaktan ni Altamirano si Anzures.

Pilit inaagaw ni Altamirano ang papel na hawak ni Anzures kasabay nang pagsigaw, pagsuntok at pananakit niya sa MTPB officer.

Gusto rin ni Altamirano na ibalik na sa kanya ang papel dahil nakunan na raw ito ng litrato. Paulit-ulit din niyang isinisigaw na hindi kanya ang naturang dokumento.

Kasunod nito, pumasok sa sasakyan si Altamirano at pinagbantaan si Anzures na iipitin niya ang kamay ng MTPB officer sa pinto ng sasakyan kung hindi niya ibibigay ang papel sa babae.

Maririnig sa video na pinapayuhan na ang babae na bitawan ang pagkahawak niya sa uniporme ni Anzures pero ayaw niyang magpatinag.

Patuloy lang sa pagsigaw at pagmumura si Altamirano. Makikita rin sa video ang pagdurugo ng kalmot sa mukha ni Anzures.

Ipinaliwanag naman ni Anzures na kailangan niyang hawakan ang OR/CR o ang papel na pilit kinukuha ng driver dahil wala siyang lisensya.

Base sa facebook post ng Manila Public Information Office, nahaharap sa kasong direct assault at driving without license si Altamirano.
