Pabrikang nagpasweldo ng barya, sinuspindi

Cristine Cabanizas July 1, 2021 at 07:37 AM

“I’ll see to it that we get to the bottom of this “cruel and unusual” labor practice and deal with it accordingly,” pahayag ni Mayor Gatchalian sa kanyang Facebook post kaugnay ng isyu.

“Iyong coins ay hindi intended kaya lang kung nagkamali man ‘yung checker regardless nagkamali man or what it’s my command of responsibility, so I accept anything, hindi na ako co-contest,” pahayag ni So.

Nilabag diumano ng kumpanya ang Article 19 of the Civil Code of the Philippines na basehan ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Circular No. 537, Series of 2006.
