Cristine Cabanizas May 7, 2021 at 07:14 AM

“Papa, may magsusuicide yata.

“When I wrote it, it was first to release the trauma. It was privately posted to update my family and friends on what transpired… It was when a friend, who was once in a very dark place, asked me to allow her to share the post that I made it public. I advocate for mental health awareness as I myself struggle with it,” ayon kay Ara.

I don’t want anybody to be exposed to bullying or judgment. But what kept me from making the post private again were the comments and notes of people sharing the post.

“We need to speak. We need to express our thoughts kahit nakakatakot. Kahit mahirap. Maraming handang makinig. Sa iba naman sa atin who are not going through these struggles, be sensitive.
