Rizalito Gapas, “Throughout the entire election day, no adverse incidents have been recorded since the polls opened. The Northern Police District (NPD) reiterates its unwavering dedication to ensure the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election 2023 is characterized by honesty, orderliness, and a peaceful atmosphere.”
