PSA naglagay ng CRS Outlet sa Bulacan

LUNGSOD NG MALOLOS, Bulacan – Binuksan nitong araw ng Biyernes ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA- Bulacan) ang Civil Registry System o CRS outlet sa ikatlong palapag ng Vista Mall- Malolos branch na nasa Barangay Longos sa lungsod na ito.

Pinangunahan ni Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General ng PSA ang paglulunsad ng nasabing CRS Outlet na pang-anim na sa Gitnang Luzon.

Ipinaliwanag niya na naisakatupatan ang proyektong ito sa pamamagitan ng public-private partnership o PPP sa pagitan ng PSA at ng Unisys na isang pribadong kumpanyang I.T.

Dahil dito, posibleng makuha na sa loob ng kalahati hanggang isang araw ang authentic copy ng birth, death, marriage certificates at ang certificate of no marriage o CENOMAR.

Inabot ang PSA ng apat na taon sa pagkonsepto at pagsulong nito para sa CRS Information Technology o I.T. Project Phase 2.

Pinondohan ng PSA ang konsepto, pagpapagawa ng 22 booths at iba pang pisikal na pasilidad.

Samantala, binuo ng Unisys ang information technology infrastructure para magkaroon ng mabilis, maaasahan at siguradong paglalabas ng birth, death, marriage certificates at ng CENOMAR sa loob ng isang araw.

Ang Unisys din ang kumuha at magbabayad ng mga kwalipikadong manggagawa upang magpatakbo ng CRS outlet sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng isang supervisor na kawani ng PSA.

Binigyang diin pa ni Mapa na hindi na kailangang lumuwas pa ang mga Bulakenyo sa PSA Central Office sa East Avenue sa Quezon City o sa PSA Regional Office sa San Fernando, Pampanga para makakuha ng kanilang kaukulang dokumento sa kanilang ahensya.

Dati-rati ang mga nangangailangan ng mga awtentikadong kopya ng birth, death, marriage certificates at ng CENOMAR ay pangkaraniwang inaabot ng dalawang linggo para matanggap ang kanilang kopya mula sa nasabing ahensya.

Kailangan lamang dalhin ang Philippine Identification System Identification o PhilSys I.D. o anumang government-issued na I.D. sa CRS Outlet na nasa ikatlong palapag ng Vista Mall-Malolos, at mag fill-up ng form depende sa uri ng dokumento na hihilingin.

Matapos nito, kumuha ng numero at sandaling hintayin na matawag upang makadiretso sa screener booth. Dito susuriin ng PSA kung ano ang estado ng dokumento na kailangan.

Kapag walang naging problema sa partikular na dokumento na hinihingi, dadaan na ito sa encoding upang maimprenta at agad itong susundan ng pagre-release ng dokumento.

Tinataya rin na kayang makapagproseso ng hanggang 1,500 na mga dokumento kada araw ang bagong CRS Outlet ng PSA- Bulacan

Kaugnay nito, sinabi ni Arlene Divino, regional director ng PSA- Central Luzon, na ang pagkakabukas ng CRS Outlet ng PSA-Bulacan ay magpapaluwag ng 60 porsiyento ng dami ng iprinoprosesong dokumento sa regional office nito sa Pampanga.
