La Bulakenya Chelsea Manalo, Miss Universe Philippines 2024

Reggie Vizmanos May 27, 2024 at 09:39 PM

Sa video ni Chelsea na tinaguriang “Bulacan – babalik-balikan,” sinabi niyang, “I am Chelsea Manalo, all the way from the future International Airport of the Republic of the Philippines. Soon, Bulacan will not just be a gateway to the North, but the strong catch basin of the Philippine economy. The catalyst of Business and Commerce, Trade and Industry, especially Tourism.”

Giit naman ng isa pang nag-komento, “Can’t believe Ms. Bulacan is promoting Aerotropolis, a project that has destroyed hectares of mangroves and displaced hundreds of fisherfolk families. People lost their livelihoods!”

Tinawag siyang “Living Black Barbie” at “Bulacan Barbie.”

Ang sagot ni Chelsea “As a woman of color, I have always faced challenges in my life. I was told that beauty has standards. But for me, I have listened to always believe in my mother, to always believe in myself, and uphold the vows that I have. Because of these, I am already influencing a lot of women who are facing me right now. As a transformational woman, I have here 52 other delegates with me who have helped me to become the woman I am.”

Ayon sa San Isidro San Roque Academy, Inc. sa post nito sa kanilang FB page, “Congratulations to our very own Isidorian Batch 2015-2016, CHELSEA MANALO for being crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024! Your grace, intelligence, and beauty have always inspired us, and now the world sees it too. We are incredibly proud of your achievement and excited for your journey ahead. Shine on, Queen!”

Sabi ng netizen na si Leizel Icban, “Congrats Chelsea Manalo, from miss sisra, miss bulprisa, miss meycauayan, miss Bulacan, miss world, basta marami pang iba, at ngayon GRABEH MISS UNIVERSE kana. sobra proud ang buong bulacan sau lalo na ang bayan ng City of Meycauayan Bulacan. Ang Barbie ng bulacan “MISS UNIVERSEPH2024” CHELSEA MANALO.

Pagbati naman ng Provincial Government of Bulacan, “Hail to the New Queen! Ikinararangal ka ng lahing Bulakenyo! Chelsea Anne Manalo, a proudly Bulakenya from City of Meycauayan shines as the newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024.”
